Author Guidelines

 


Author Guidelines


Writing should be submitted according to the following restrictions:



  1. The scope of this journal covers original research paper related to policy evaluation and technology development in the field of airline management, airports, aircraft, flight navigation and flight safety and security.

  2. Manuscript could be written in Bahasa or English and be submitted online via journal website. Online Submission will be charged at no Cost. Author must login in order to make submission.

  3. Manuscript should contain at least 2.000 words and should not exceed 15 pages including embedded figures and tables, without any appendix, and the file should be in Microsoft Office (.doc/.docx). It should be prepared in A4 paper (21cm x 29.7cm) using 3 cm for inside, top, bottom, and outside margins.

  4. Title should be less than 12 words, title case, Align text to the left, bold, font type Cambria, font size 11, and single spaced.

  5. Authors’ names should appear immediately below the title, followed by Authors’ affiliations and addresses and corresponding email address.

  6. Abstract should not exceed 300 words, justified, in 9 cambria, single spaced.

  7. Keywords contain three to five words/phrases separated with coma, 9 cambria and single spaced.

  8. Manuscript body.

    1. The main text of the writing should be in two columns, justified, first line indent 5 mm, 9 Cambria and 1.15 spaced.

    2. Consists of: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Result and Discussion, and Conclusion; followed by Acknowledgment and References.



  9. Figure and table should be in black and white, and if it is made in color, it should be readable when it is later printed in black and white. Figure and table should be clearly readable and in a proportional measure to the overall page. Caption should be numbered, in 9 cambria and single spaced.

  10. Mathematical equation should be clearly written, numbered orderly, and accompanied with any information needed.

  11. References should be made in APA style and should be listed at the end of the paper in alphabet order. Wikipedia, personal blog, or nonscientific website is not allowed to be taken into account. Primary references should be at least 80% from at least ten references. References should be taken from the late five years.

  12. References should be written as the following examples.

  1. The Board is authorized to reject a manuscript based on peer reviewer advice and make a necessary changes or adjustment related with language properties without altering the substance. Substance editing would be consulted with the author first.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. I hereby declare that this submission is my own work.
  2. I hereby stated that this manusrcipt have no plagiarism matter.
  3. I declare the submission has no potential conflict of interest.
  4. I hereby stated that this manusrcipt have never been previously published in any other scientific publication and not being under reviewing process of any other scientific publication.
  5. The submitted manuscript contains no least than 2.000 words and not exceed 15 pages A4 including figures and tables, without any appendixes.
  6. The submitted manuscript has been written using Open Office Text Document (.odt) or Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).
  7. Title already brief and concise, written in English, and less than 12 words.
  8. Abstract already brief and concise and not exceed 300 words in English.
  9. Keywords are written in English, between three to five phrase.
  10. The manuscript structure already consist: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Result and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  11. References are written according the writing style of Warta Ardhia. The primary references are no less than 80% from at least ten sources and had been taken from the late five year publications.
  12. The instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed to the submitted manuscript.
